Subscription and Live Classes:

Refunds for subscription-based courses and live classes will be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase, or within 7 days from commencement of course whichever is later.

If you meet the criteria, please contact our support team at support@doctorsden.com within the 7-day window to initiate the refund process.

Mock Tests and Test Series:

Mock tests and test series once purchased are non-refundable.

Course Materials, Books, PDFs:

Course materials, books, and PDFs are non-refundable.

We ensure that our study materials are of the highest quality to enhance your learning experience.

Exchange:

We only replace Books (hard copy) within 7days of delivery, if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@doctorsden.com.

Refund Process:

To request a refund for an eligible subscription or live class, please email us at support@doctorsden.com within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of your refund request approval.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
